Prices Up, Inventory Down

It appears as if St. Louis has finally hit it's spring sales spurt.  According to our data, prices are going up, and inventory is down. 

Most every area in St. Louis (Except North County) seems to be experiencing this.  Our Realtors are reporting similar evidence as well.  Buyers are pulling the trigger, open houses are busy, and deals are being made.
